PROCESS TIME:

At Pawover.com, most of our products are created On Demand! This means once you order a product, the printing process starts. It may take 1–3 business days for us to produce and process your order.

The processing time depends on the demand amount of the design and the quantity of your order. Orders with multiple items take more time to process than others.

During high-volume order periods, processing time may vary.

SHIPPING TIME:

The shipping time really depends on your country’s logistics system. This table may help you measure the shipping time easier.

*Delivery time = Production time + Processing time + Shipping time. The shipping time starts when the products are already packaged and leave the warehouse.

*All Paypal pending need 10 days to verify and process.

NOTE:

*As we hire many factories located in different countries to give out diverse items, your order would be shipped out from the most convenient fulfillment house. Sometimes, the shipping time takes longer than usual because of each country’s priority for overseas parcels.

* We are NOT responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped out. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may have to pay customs fees when they arrive in your country. You don't have to pay any tax on the shipping fee in the USA.

*The ETA above is regarded under normal conditions.

* When it is the peak season for logistics, shipping time will vary according to the incidents we cannot control. However, we will try our best to give out the best solution for those situations.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Standard shipping is the most economical and common option. However, we can only guarantee the package once it is not shipped out. Once we have handed the package to the courier company, we are not responsible for such situations as lost packages or packages being denied/destroyed by the customs department; we cannot give you a refund.

We cannot ship items to APO/FPO addresses.

1 order can ship to 1 address only.

Here is the price for the standard shipping option:

For orders from The United States: $4.99

For orders from other countries: $6.99

All orders that value above $80 will be free shipping.

We cannot ship to the following Countries

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:

There might be some reasons that lead to the package is undelivered and returned to us, such as wrong/insufficient address or recipients might not be available at that time (with those couriers that require the customer’s signature).

Apparently, we will send you a notice and ask for a new address to be delivered. However, the return process is quite long upon the courier company’s system, and we cannot affect or interrupt any. If your order is returned, please provide us with an accurate address, and we will send you again immediately when we receive the package back.

*Please note that we can only arrange the reshipment for you if you provide us with your address within the time we stated in the email. The package will be destroyed to keep the warehouse space and avoid the returning fee.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE TRACKING STATUS SHOWS “DELIVERED” BUT I DO NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER?

Please contact us by email at support@pawover.com with your order number or invoice, we will give you instructions to reach out to the post office to locate your package.

I CAN’T ACCESS THE TRACKING LINK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The tracking link you receive needs about 2-3 business days to update. If it’s not, please send us an email to support@pawover.com to resolve the problem.

THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELAYED FOR TOO LONG.

It may be due to some errors in production or the order is waiting for the garment to arrive. Please send us an email to support@pawover.com to check the problem in detail. Don’t forget to attach your order invoice or order invoice.
